1. ABOUT Nenista

Nenista.com is a company which is founded in 2018. We are a membership club where our wish and goal is to have the best prices on a wide range of items for our members to buy. The more members we have, the more and better discounts we will have as well.

We will try to offer you the lowest prices at any time. We also want to make our goods cheaper than those at regular Danish webshops and retail stores. If you see a product at other regular webshops or retail stores, please feel free to contact us. We will, if possible, reduce the price, so it is less than the price you found.

We wish to have a great supply of goods for you and your whole family, and therefore we hope our members will contact us if specific items are missing in our stock.

We are constantly working to get new offers for our members with as high discounts as possible. This may therefore mean that some items may appear in smaller stock quantity, and therefore not always in the desired size or color. Nenista will like to offer you footwear, personal care, toys, household, kitchen accessories and electronics.

2. TRADING CONDITIONS FOR Nenista

Nenista is a membership club that ensures all members discounts on well-known brands and products in many different categories such as; cosmetics, personal care items for home and garden, etc. To join Nenista you must be 18 years old and you must confirm this when you sign up for your first purchase. Nenista is for private individuals only. It costs €20 a month to be a member. The subscription will be withdrawn every month until you no longer want to be a member. You can cancel your membership when it suits you by logging in at Nenista.com via the login icon in the top right corner and click on the button: "Cancel membership". You can also send an e-mail and we will do it for you. It is not possible to shop on Nenista.com without membership.

3. HOW TO BUY

When you shop at Nenista.com, you become a member of the membership club and thereby get access to the many discounts and special offers. The only thing you must do is to choose the member price when you add a product to your basket. If you choose to buy at member price, you will automatically add a membership to your shopping cart. If you are a new member, you will of course be offered a free trial of 7 days. The free trial is your opportunity to test your membership and experience the many beneficial membership offers. If you have been a member within the last 6 months, you will instead add one month's membership to €20 with your order. We recommend that you use your free trial and thus receive additional discounts on your first order. Remember that you can unsubscribe from your membership whenever you wish. After your order has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation in an email and you will receive another email when we send your order. If you wish to receive a physical copy of your order confirmation, please send us an email.

4. ORDER

At Nenista you can only order goods through our website. If you have requests for items that are not on the site, we would love to hear from you by email.

 

5. CANCELLATION OF ORDER

 If you have created a purchase and wish to cancel your order, you must log in with your mail and password under the login icon in the top right corner. Then click on "My Orders." Under "My Orders", click the info button to the right of the order you want to cancel and then click "Cancel Order." It is only possible to cancel an order if the order it no already handled in our warehouse.

6. OUR PRICES

Membership rates are the prices offered to all members. Membership rates ensure that all members save up to 80%. To avoid resale, it is only possible to buy up to 6 pieces of the same product at the member price per. order.

7. PAYMENT

All payments are made technically with Net and Teller as cardholders. On Nenista.com you can pay with Dankort, Visa, Visa electron and Mastercard. All payment and card fees are included in the price. Payment for membership and goods on Nenista can only be done by credit card. The amount will be withdrawn from your account when the goods are shipped from Nenista.com, or when your membership is commenced. You can never withdraw a larger amount than you have approved at the time of purchase.

8. SHIPPING

Orders ordered at Nenista are delivered either with GlS or Bring to your address or to a packet box/parcel box with Expected delivery time is 1-2 business days. There is free delivery for members on packages for packages, package boxes (without redeployment) and to your address. For non-members, the shipping price is 39 kr. Nenista is responsible for the goods until delivered.

9. CANCELLATION AND THE RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

Nenista provides a right of cancellation within 30 days (the statutory right of withdrawal is 14 days). The deadline is valid from the day you receive the goods. If you want to cancel and return one or more items, please inform us within 30 days. If the product is sealed, which may be due to health or hygiene reasons, there is no cancellation and return if the seal has been broken after delivery.

10. RETURN

You must return your order to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must pay the shipping costs. Upon return you are responsible for ensuring that the item is packed properly, as you bear the risk of the goods. Remember to inform Customer Service of your return at info@nenista.com that you have shipped your package so that they can start processing your case. You are liable for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling. In other words - you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the product is worn beyond what is described above, we consider the product used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the merchant's commercial value.

When using care products, scents and cosmetics, the original packaging can be a significant part of the value of the product. We therefore encourage you to always return this with return in undamaged condition.

11. REPAYMENT  

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid back to us. In the case of a depreciation you are liable for, this purchase amount will be deducted. You must notify us that you have refused to receive the package.

If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but no additional costs due to your choice of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer) without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to withdraw the purchase. We make such a refund to the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.

We can withhold the refund until we have returned the item unless you have submitted documentation before returning it. You must attach a copy of the order confirmation.

12. WARRANTY

Nenista gives you the statutory warranty of 24 months from delivery. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation. Obviously, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen due to incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. Note that for goods with a limited life, the right of claim is also limited. If you discover a defect or defect in a product purchased on Nenista.com, you must contact us immediately at Nenista.com, or within a reasonable period of time after you have discovered the defect, and we will handle your complaint. If you advertise within two months after the defect has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

13. REFUSION OF SHIPPING COSTS

When you return the item, please indicate what the problem is as detailed as possible. If your complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs.

14. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18  

When you log into Nenista, you must confirm that you are over 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old, the enrollment and subscription must be signed by a parent.

15. RETURN OF SHIPPING COSTS

When you return the item, please indicate what the problem is as detailed as possible. If your complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs.

16. HANDLING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Once you have been created as a customer at Nenista.com, your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will be stored in an electronic customer filing system. Only Nenista.com customer service employees have access.

We store this personal information for the purpose of delivering the orders to you. We also keep personal information in compliance with the Accounting Act's rules, after which accounting documents must be kept for 5 years from the end of the fiscal year to which the material relates. We send customer information encrypted. As a Nenista customer, you always have the right to know what information we have registered about you. Your rights are in accordance with the Personal Data Act. For more information or inquiry, contact Nenista. The data controller at Nenista.com is Nenista. Information provided to Nenista.com is not sold to third parties in any way, and we do not collect any personally sensitive information. When registering for a newsletter, we will register your e-mail address. The email address does not pass on to others.

Nenista uses cookies. We do this exclusively to make it easier for you to log in and to show you relevant products and new offers when you visit Nenista.com A cookie is a small file that contains information about whether you are new or past customer, what products you visit, as well as other aspects of your behavior on the site. Prices at Nenista are daily prices and we therefore reserve the right to change any changes in taxes and prices as well as force majeure, including labor disputes.

Membership at Nenista.com

Nenista.com is a membership club where members can get big discounts and savings on a wide variety of well-known branded personal care, home and garden brands, supplements. The membership at Nenista.com is a subscription that is paid on a regular basis - however, we offer the first week free of charge. Payments at Nenista.com are made by payment card (Dankort, Visa card and Mastercard) and payment fees are handled by Nenista.com. They are thus included in the product prices and prices of membership, which are stated.

Only individuals who are 18 years old can become a member - it is up to the individual to be responsible for this.

20. YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Accepting the applicable subscription terms on Nenista.com, you hereby agree that Nenista.com may withdraw the full membership fee periodically until you cancel the subscription. First week's membership / subscription is free. After this, this will be transferred to a current monthly subscription of €20 per person. month - this subscription can be terminated as soon as you like. At your first purchase, you will receive a receipt in an e-mail.

21. CANCELLATION AND MEMBERSHIP

You can cancel your membership by actively activating the website and unsubscribe. If cancel your membership, you will immediately lose all your benefits and do not have access to this in the remaining time. Therefore, it is recommended to wait and unsubscribe from the day before the 7 days expire. Please tick your calendar so you do not forget this. After your membership has been terminated, no additional funds will be deducted from your account unless you choose to re-enable your membership with us by making a new trade on Nenista.com. If your payment card expires (or expires), just by making a new purchase, enter the information, or just under my profile and choose change credit card. If you subscribe to Nenista.com and again at a later date, buy our products at member prices, re-activate one's membership while deducting €20. For one month's membership, and if there is an outstanding amount for previously unpaid membership, please withdraw.

Permission, objection and procedure for new card

You may at any time unconditional revoke your permission for us to deduct an amount in your account. Then we will instead send an invoice if you have not terminated the agreement. If you detect one or more unauthorized charges, you may object to your card provider no later than 8 weeks after the debit, unless otherwise stated in your agreement with the card provider. If the card can no longer be used (e.g. due to expiration etc.) and you wish to continue your membership, please terminate the agreement with us and enter into a new agreement with your new card.

22. CARDHOLDER

The actual registration on Nenista.com is binding from the moment you order your first order – you will be obliged to pay full amount for your entire membership period as well as Subsequent Subscription Claims. This until you terminate your subscription / membership - first week is free. By your acceptance and subscription terms and terms of trade, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and authorized to enter into this agreement. We hereby declare that it is illegal to disclose the wrong age by making this acceptance.

23. SUBSCRIPTION PROCEDURE

Your membership at Nenista.com will be renewed automatically and thereby you will always have access to Nenista. Your subscription will automatically be _€20 pr. month. If you wish to unsubscribe, sign in under your profile and press "unsubscribe" after which the customer support will help you. In case of non-payment of membership or compliance with the last timely payment date, Nenista is entitled to issue a refund and a revocation fee of DKK 100 is required. In case of non-payment, the case will be transferred to legal debt collection. Membership can be raised without notice once a year due to price adjustments from suppliers, shipping costs and administrative costs.

When you shop at Nenista.com, your subscription purchase is affiliated with the statutory right of withdrawal of 7 days from the time you make your subscription. There is no cancellation right at the time of the agreement, as you have entered into a subscription agreement and not in connection with the ongoing payment of your subscription. If you choose to make use of the right of withdrawal, you must return the products that you have purchased at Nenistas membership price, as the purchase is conditional on the fact that at the time of purchase you have a membership to the Nenista.com benefit club which has not subsequently expired due to your use of the right of withdrawal.

If you regret the purchase of the subscription, you must pay for the full subscription period. This means that in connection with repayment of the subscription price, less reasonable costs will be deducted for this period. In case of cancellation and return, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed, unopened and in original packaging.
